* Participants from low-to middle-income countries are eligible to apply for a “Low-to Middle-Income Country Grant” valued at $100. A total of 10 grants are available. The committee’s decision is final
* Group registration offers: Register 10 participants, receive 1 free; register 20, receive 2 free; register 30, receive 3.
Full Registered Participants Entitlements:
  • For cancellations made on or before September 15, 2024, we offer an 80% refund of the registration fees paid, while 20% will be retained to cover processing fees.
  • Conference registrations cancelled after September 15, 2024, are non-refundable.
  • No-show attendees at the conference are not eligible for refunds.
  • Group registrations are non-refundable.
  • Kindly note that cancelling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Be sure to handle these matters separately.
Full Registered Participants Entitlements:

In any circumstances, if you can no longer attend ADS2025, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to ADS2025 Organizer (mail to : secretariat@ads2025thailand.com)

The ADS2025 refund policy is as follows

  • Up to SEPTEMBER 14th , 2025 : 70% refund
  • From SEPTEMBER 15th - 30th , 2025 : 50% refund
  • From NOVEMBER 1st , 2025: No refunds

Please be informed that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
